Starters: Various dips and chips run between $2.99-$6.99. You can have Buffalo Jack & Bleu Cheese Sticks for $5.99 and Fried Portobello Mushrooms for $6.99.

Beverages: Coca-Cola products, iced tea and coffee. There’s also a full bar, which includes special drinks like the Georgia Peach Dream (three different rums and peach liqueur) for $5.75 or the River City Rita (pomegranate and lime with Patron tequila, Cointreau orange liqueur and Grand Marnier) for $7.25.

Main dishes: Hamburgers! Hand-formed patties come with lettuce, tomato, onions, pickle spear and fries for $6.60. Want cheese, bacon, chili? Add 35 cents for each “extra.” There are wraps for $6.29-$6.79. And there are soups, salads and baked potatoes.

Side items: You’ve got to try the fried green beans and the sweet potato fries, both of which outsell the french fries. Other sides include sauteed vegetable medley and mashed potatoes.

Specialty diets: New on the menu, starting July 1, is a veggie wrap. But ask for the pasta without the chicken; the kitchen will accommodate vegetarians.

What to wear: Casual, but lots of work attire at lunch.

Who to bring: The whole family, grandparents and all.

Of note: The lunch special features the Wing Bar. It’s an all-you-can-eat wing buffet featuring mild and hot wings and three other special wings that change daily. It includes french fries, potato salad, celery with ranch or bleu cheese dressings for $7.99.

Desserts: All the desserts are made daily by the Taylor Mack Bakery in the same shopping center. Desserts include banana pudding, various cheesecakes, Key lime pie, red velvet Bundt cake and other goodies. Each one is a single-serve portion. One is $3.99, a double is $6.99 and a triple is $9.99.

The bottom line: It’s a perfect place for families because nothing is more than $10. The kids’ menu includes the entree, one side, drink and ice cream with sprinkles for dessert for $2.99.
